The Policy Committee meets on the third Monday of each month. Open to the public, meetings begin at 1:30pm and are held in the City of Laredo, City Hall Council Chambers, located at 1110 Houston Street, Laredo TX, 78042.  If the meeting date falls on a national holiday, the meeting is held the next business day.  Dates and times are subject to change.

DISABILITY ACCESS STATEMENT

This meeting is wheelchair accessible. The accessible entrances are located at 1110 Victoria and 900 Flores. Accessible parking spaces are located at City Hall, 1110 Victoria.

The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) meets the Tuesday, 6 days prior to the Policy Committee meeting. The meetings begin at 3:30 p.m and are held in the City of Laredo, City Hall first floor conference room, located at 1110 Houston Street, Laredo TX, 78042. Dates and times are subject to change.  Additional TAC meetings are scheduled on an as needed basis.
